Integration work led by a hands-on engineer.
QCC is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. It builds and maintains third-party integrations for security and compliance product teams, working inside the team's own repository and review process.
The work focuses on careful handling of vendor data for security and compliance products.
QCC is a new consulting practice, so it does not yet have client results to publish. Jeff's prior engineering, integration, teaching, and technical-leadership experience is outlined below. Initial clients work directly with Jeff Hoffman.

Work directly with the founder.
You work directly with Jeff, so the person scoping the integration is also the person writing it, testing it, and explaining the tradeoffs.
For more than 30 years, Jeff has shipped production software. He spent five and a half years building privacy and data-rights infrastructure at Transcend, where the work involved sensitive information and a wide range of enterprise integrations.
Earlier in his career, he served as CTO of two companies and taught full-stack software development to more than 300 students at UNC Charlotte. That background shapes how he approaches an integration: read the vendor's documentation closely, test the edge cases, and write down what is still unknown.
Prior employers are background, not QCC clients or endorsements.

Public evidence, with its limits stated.
The Slack users.list sample is QCC's public worked example: one read-only collection slice for an illustrative security/compliance SaaS connector, built independently from public documentation. It is not customer work.
